Membership Terms & Conditions

The membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
In case of delays of more than 25 minutes, we cannot guarantee the booking and time and the therapy mebe reduced to that extent in case of any delays.
Request for particular therapist is not guaranteed as all therapists are assigned based on their availability.
The memberships cannot be cancelled.
The duration of the massages are specific to the membership chosen (60mins. or 90 mins. as applicable).
